Video Game Design & Animation is integrated into existing daytime classes for intensive or weekly workshops. Students use computer programming software to create computer animations that illustrate concepts and texts studied in their English Language Arts class. The program incorporates STEAM into the classroom by teaching basic coding in application tailored to current classroom curriculum.
This post took me straight back to late nights in my dorm, failing miserably at animating a simple walking cycle. Now as a PhD student, I appreciate the craft so much more—every frame tells a story.
